By accessing our Products and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our Products and Services.

Account requirements

You may be required to create an account with us to access our Products and Services. You agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Copyright and Access To Products and Services

All materials related to our Products and Services are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. This includes but is not limited to: course materials, written lessons, course videos, meeting recordings, and instructor feedback.

You may not under any circumstances:

  • Share your account with another person.
  • Electronically record or share interactions between students or between students and our staff without our prior written permission. As a private community, the expectation is that interactions are meant to be private between the relevant parties.
  • Reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display or create derivative works from material obtained from our Products and Services.
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
  • Transfer the materials from our Products and Services to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

Access to our Products and Services shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. Upon terminating your access, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Refund Policy for Programming Foundations

We offer refunds within 10 days of purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account information.

Refund Policy for Subscription Products

Since you can cancel your membership at anytime, we do not offer refunds on subscription payments. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and you will have continued access to your subscription for the remainder of that period (unless your access is suspended or terminated).

Attendance Policy

Our mission is to teach at the highest possible level. As part of that mission, you will have access to live one-on-one meetings with our staff. These meetings include admissions interviews, new student onboarding sessions, interview assessments, and office hour sessions. If you have a scheduled meeting with us, you agree to:

  • Arrive at your appointments at or before the schedule time. We aim to start our appointments precisely at the scheduled time, so anything after the scheduled time is considered late.
  • If you cannot arrive on-time, you must let us know immediately by email.
  • If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, you must let us know by email at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Since sessions may require screen-sharing, you must join from a desktop or laptop computer (no mobile devices).

If you have 2 incidents where you fail to do any of the above for any reason, we reserve the right to remove you from the program permanently.

We retain the right to change or stop providing Products and Services

We may permanently or temporarily terminate your access to our Products and Services without notice for any reason. Reasons for doing so include but are not limited to violating one or more provisions in this document.

Disclaimer

Products and Services are provided 'as is'. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials in our Products and Services or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We have the discretion to update these terms at any time. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these periodically and become aware of modifications.
